Resolved Question: Cop put a date on my ticket when court is not in session?

I received a minor in possession ticket the other night with some friends. It was an automatic summons to court and my friends both have their court date on June 21,2011 and my court date is scheduled for June 25, 2011. The thing is that June 25, 2011 is a Saturday and the court in my city is only open Monday-Friday as I assume all are. Does this mean I can't go to court? Or will they just end up rescheduling it? As far as I'm concerned if the cop does not know what he's doing and can't write the right court date on a ticket than I believe that cop is incompetent and should not be allowed to work for the force. Anyways your answers would be appreciated. Preferably experienced/retired cops, lawyers, judges, ect. Thanks guys.
